Lists are cached both for their items and second for their complete
set together with pagination.
ListItems are cached for their content and detail page.
Search- and Filtermask is cached for their content.

All three together serve the page instantly without any rendering,
assuring the quick response time visitors expected. Cold cache
serving time is the full generation cost, but should rarely hit
with full force. Imports waive caches, though, so after import
caches are cold.
