Those events can't be handled and are structurally false.
The reason for not having any dates imported can vary from
invalid upstream data to interpreting all dates as past, the
result is the same: an event without dates.

To discover those records and enable editors to act on them,
such occurences are logged and displayed in the Imports BE-Module.
